Willa “dances for a vision” - 2007-10-05
Willa Ford attended “Dancing with a Vision,” a dinner organized to support the American Foundation for the Blind Center on Vision Loss and All Stars Helping Kids. A dance with Willa was auctioned as part of the night (Sept.20).

Willa Ford wedded hockey star Mike Modano after a four-year on-and-off relationship. The"Dancing with the Stars” contestant and the Dallas Stars player tied the knot on Saturday in a private celebration on an Athens, Texas ranch. Ford was stunning with the bridal dress she had created herself. The couple got engaged last November. We congratulate the newlyweds and send them the best luck!

Singer Willa Ford was born on 22nd
January 1981 in Ruskin, Florida. She failed to capture the
success of the "teen wave explosion" that others of her kind
were able to capitalize on. Her first full album, Willa Was Here,
was released in the summer of 2001 and by then the spark from
the late 90s was gone. She was able to score a Top 40 hit with
the song "I Wanna Be Bad" however but subsequent successes have
been at a loss. Officially dropped from her record company in
2004 and now makes occasional guest appearances on television.
Was known among Backstreet Boys fans as the girl who dated Nick
Carter (in 1998).
